Delta House

Imagine waking up to a peaceful forest view, surrounded by natural materials and absolute tranquility. For this exclusive project in the Netherlands, we achieved the perfect balance between raw, organic elements and sophisticated modern minimalism.

This stunning interior concept was developed in successful collaboration with Vilchynska Design Bureau.

What makes this woodland interior so unique?

• Expansive windows: Seamlessly blend the outdoor greenery with the indoor living space, making nature an essential part of the home.

• Natural contrasts: A bold, rugged stone coffee table and a cozy fireplace balanced by a comfortable, light-toned lounge sofa.

• Exclusive craftsmanship: Every single detail is carefully tailored to create a warm, luxurious, and authentic atmosphere.

A home that doesn’t just look impressive but truly feels like a peaceful sanctuary in the woods.

During a house renovation, managing structural elements requires both technical skill and aesthetic vision. In our latest project, we came up with a beautiful solution to elevate the interior while respecting the home’s history.

Instead of hiding or replacing the original old load-bearing beams, we wrapped them in custom, handcrafted faux decorative beams. Every single piece was custom-made by hand by our team to fit perfectly over the existing structures. This approach allows us to reinforce the visual strength of the ceiling, hide any imperfections of time, and add a warm, high-end rustic charm to the space.

It’s all about the details that turn a house into a home.

We are thrilled to share the updates from our latest comprehensive renovation project. Our main focus here is maximizing energy efficiency while delivering a premium, modern look.

By integrating professional insulation and advanced E-Board facade systems, we are significantly upgrading the building’s energy performance rating. The E-Board system is a perfect choice: it provides top-tier thermal insulation and finishes with flawless brick slips, preserving the authentic European architectural charm.

There is nothing quite like the timeless elegance of natural stone. We are currently working on a new project involving the installation of large-format natural marble on walls.

Swipe to see the journey: from the initial 3D visualization to the precise, ongoing process on-site. Handling large-format marble requires absolute precision, specialized equipment, and years of expertise to ensure perfect vein matching and seamless transitions.

In high-end interior design, maintaining clean architectural lines across an entire space can be a challenge, especially when different rooms require doors to open in different directions (left, right, inward, or outward). In our practice, we solve this by utilizing flush-mounted aluminum frames. This advanced system ensures that regardless of the opening direction or side, every door remains perfectly in the same plane as the wall. Built from premium aluminum, these hidden frames offer exceptional structural durability and prevent micro-cracking in the plaster, delivering a flawless, integrated aesthetic throughout the entire home.

Lighting is the soul of an interior. For our high-end renovations, we select pieces that are more than just functional — they are sculptural statements. In our recent projects, we integrated iconic designs from Karman Italia (Moby Dick collection) and New Works (Tense Pendant), alongside minimalist lighting from Audo Copenhagen. We also take pride in supporting unique craftsmanship by featuring artisanal ceramics from Gorn Ceramics and Krikri Ceramics. Explore the light that defines our spaces.

This recently completed renovation highlights how structural changes can redefine living comfort. The core of this project was the installation of large-scale stained-glass (vitrage) windows in the living area. To achieve this, our team executed a complex wall removal and structural extension to create a perfect frame for natural light. Complementing the glasswork, we installed large-format floor tiles and fully overhauled the home’s engineering, including new electrical, plumbing, and HVAC installations. A seamless blend of modern aesthetics and technical integrity.
