Project Spotlight: Structural Rebirth
In this "Koningsbos" project, we solved complex spatial issues by replacing the roof and floor joists. We removed an outdated chimney and spiral stairs to make the home senior-friendly and functional. Key highlights include a new glazed terrace extension and the creation of a "double-height" ceiling in the lounge, maximizing natural light and adding significant living space to the upper floor.
